The DKR Agency: a 24/7 librarian for everything I know.

Dynamic Knowledge Repository agents that live across my information systems — Obsidian, Slack, email, Google Workspace — and run continuous double-loop improvement on my knowledge graph. This page reports what is built today, what is specced for tomorrow, and what I'm building this week.

01 · The thesis

A DKR is a living body of knowledge — not an archive.

Engelbart's term. My DKR agent is its steward: it keeps raising the quality and connectedness of what I know, so the intellectual capital I carry in my head becomes legible, queryable, and compounding. The agent is the harness; the knowledge graph is the territory.

Operating principle

Intent is fuel. It must be converted into propulsion — productive work that is logically consistent and predictable — rather than heat, motion without direction. Reasonable foresight plus sufficient resources should reliably power ongoing operations and convey a brand's core value propositions through known channels. Everything below exists to do that conversion.

02 · The governing model

Single loop fixes the strategy. Double loop interrogates the assumption.

The internet is excellent at single-loop learning and poor at double-loop. There are almost no open spaces to examine the governing variables behind a subject. DKR is a double-loop instrument — it puts those variables in your hands and improves them with you.

GOVERNING VARIABLE ACTION STRATEGY CONSEQUENCES single loop * double loop ** * Single-loop: fast feedback, collective confirmation of "is it working?" — the internet is good at this. ** Double-loop: revisiting the assumption itself — SWOT, value flows, the conditions of advantage. Rare online.

GAFA model: builds a profile about you, tunes its strategy against it, never lets you edit the governing variables.

DKR model: puts the governing variables in your hands and runs continuous improvement with you — the open space the forum-answer problem never had.

03 · Where the build stands

Today, tomorrow, this week.

The vision is roughly three-quarters built in pieces. Most of what the note describes already exists and runs — it has just never been named, assembled, and operated as one agency.

Today

built · running
  • liveScout — approved spec, in use across clients
  • liveSocial Intelligence — production Python (condo demo)
  • liveSBPI nightly + weekly scheduler, semantic layer deployed
  • liveValue-flow mapping done for Limore (REA)
  • live9-agent framework — 8 approved, 22 capabilities
  • live4 launchd recipes (health, digest, eval, content-map)
  • liveDKR capability — 4-tier (Core/Archival/Working/Recall)

Tomorrow

specced · partial
  • draftIntent Protocol v0.1 — propagation across transactions
  • draftBMC as ontology layer — overlay v1.0
  • draftRoam LLM Council active; Datomic open thread
  • draftNaming / Facilitator / Witness agents
  • partialKnowledge cohorts — Negative-Space Gem precursor
  • partialHeartbeat — 15-min health ping (not nightly loop)
  • partialMOCs + Excalibrain spatial substrate

This Week

sprint targets
  • shippedTrailblazer — spec + first prototype
  • shippedDKR agent spec + onboarding ontology + first pass
  • buildDKR nightly connection-making loop
  • buildSpec refactor + Telegram bot decomposition
  • buildReports × SBPI handoff wiring
  • buildExcalidraw canvas of the agency loop
  • buildCohorts + matchmaking draft spec
04 · The operating loop

What runs on the pulse.

The first agents gather and structure; SBPI scores; the reports synthesize; the DKR agent closes the loop by connecting everything to my goals and surfacing the single next action.

01 · run-today

Scout

Negative space — finds what's missing across 5 question types.

02 · spec+proto ✓

Trailblazer

Environmental snapshot + PGORC intent model across systems.

03 · run-today

Social Intelligence

Enriches the people in the picture; 0-100 confidence gating.

04 · live

SBPI

Scores the competitive structure within the vertical.

05 · semi-auto

Reports

Daily · weekly · value-flow synthesis.

06 · spec'd ✓

DKR agent

Links new notes, raises legibility, messages the next action.

05 · The agency roster

Five ensembles, mapped to what exists.

Dozens of agents work in combination. The note names five recurring ensembles; each already maps onto a real piece of the framework. The persona blends Socrates, Plato, Engelbart, and Pask.

What fires when.

The pulse is partial today. The nightly connection-making loop — the heart of the note — is the key missing beat.

07 · This week's sprints

What I'm building.

Ordered by leverage. Trailblazer and the DKR prototype unblock the rest. Border color: red = critical path, amber = parallel, cobalt = follow-on.

S1 · ✓ shipped
S1

Trailblazer — spec + prototype

The connective harness Scout, 3x3, and the DKR agent ride on. Spec + first prototype shipped 05-28.

Done ✓: spec passes schema; prototype emitted a PGORC model + environmental snapshot for the ShurIQ-service workflow.
S2 · ✓ shipped
S2

DKR prototype + onboarding ontology

Persona + interrogation grammar that unlocks real goals, preferences, relationships, resource models.

Done ✓: first onboarding pass on me → big-rocks profile + seed graph + 6 queued open questions.
S3
S3

DKR nightly loop (heartbeat)

New recipe: examine new notes, propose bidirectional links, raise legibility, write a morning brief + next action.

Done: runs one night against daily/ + new notes, produces a connection brief.
S4
S4

Spec refactor + Telegram decomposition

Map 10 legacy bots → 9 agents → 5 ensembles; promote draft specs; retire dead references.

Done: every legacy bot maps with no orphans; roster has one source of truth.
S5
S5

Reports × SBPI wiring

Scout→SBPI-weekly and DKR-nightly→SBPI-nightly handoffs; auto-trigger client digests; generalize value-flow as a product.

Done: weekly rank auto-seeds a Scout pass; one digest fires unattended.
S6 · parallel
S6

Spatial model — Excalidraw canvas

The full loop, roster, cohort surface, and heartbeat flows as one canvas.

Done: canvas renders the operating loop, embedded in the project.
S7 · parallel
S7

Roam/Datomic + BMC ontology layer

Close out the Roam council to usable; write the Datomic decision; advance the BMC overlay into a living graph.

Done: Datomic decision written; ≥1 BMC value-prop promoted past "Plan".
S8
S8

Cohorts + matchmaking (spec)

Cohort sharing (frontmatter / folder / links, NotebookLM-style), access via Drive/Keybase, matchmaking notification model. Reddit/Bluesky experiment surface.

Done: cohort root template + matchmaking trigger model exist as a draft spec.
08 · Source spine

What this is grounded in.

40+ files swept across six clusters. The canonical spine is below; the full register lives in the project's SOURCE-INVENTORY.
